How to Reach Us
Call 1-850-743-4404 to get a job on the schedule. We're based at 1 Energy Pl, Pensacola, FL 32520, and we run calls out from there across the surrounding area, from Goulding two miles out to Molino twenty miles north. If you're closer in - Downtown, Southeast Pensacola, South Pensacola - you're a short drive from us.
If you're further out toward Bagdad or Milton, we still take the call, we just plan the route accordingly. Phone is the fastest way to reach a real person who can tell you what a part costs and whether we have it on the truck before we show up. We don't run a chat widget or a ticket queue for this - it's a phone number and an address, same as most trades work in this area.
The Work We Take On
Most of the houses we work on around here went up between 1963 and 2002, with a heavy concentration from the 1980s and 90s - that's the stock across the 17 named areas we cover, from Ferry Pass and Bellview to Warrington and Ensley. That era means a specific mix of hardware: extension and torsion springs sized for builder-grade doors, steel panels starting to show their age, openers from a couple of generations back that are due for a chain or a logic board, not a full swap. We fix broken springs, replace rollers and cables, realign tracks that have walked off plumb, and swap out openers when repair doesn't make sense anymore.
We also handle new door installs for owner-occupied homes doing a full replacement rather than a patch job. The Gulf Coast climate here runs mild with occasional freeze risk, which is easier on hardware than a hard winter climate but still means humidity and salt air do their own kind of wear on tracks and fasteners over the decades this housing stock has been standing.
What We Do Not Take On
We don't do gate systems, commercial roll-up doors on an industrial scale, or fencing - garage doors and openers on residential properties is the work, and we'd rather say that plainly than stretch into jobs we don't run regularly. We also won't quote a repair over the phone sight unseen if the damage sounds serious; a bent track or an off-track door with a bad spring needs a look before we commit to a number, because guessing wrong either shorts you or wastes your time. And if a door is old enough and rusted enough that patching it means you're back to square one in a year, we'll tell you replacement is the better spend rather than billing you twice.
Who You Are Dealing With
We're a garage door outfit working the Pensacola area, not a national brand with a local storefront bolted on. The area we serve - roughly 95,425 households, with about 48,280 of those in owner-occupied houses - is mostly mid-income, median household income around $68,522, which shapes how we quote jobs: repair first when repair holds up, replacement when it doesn't, without padding either way.
We keep the contact simple, a phone number and a physical address, because that's what a homeowner needs when a door won't open at 7am and the car's stuck inside. We're not going to claim a founding date or a headcount here - what matters is that the number above gets picked up and the truck knows this housing stock.
